I stayed in this hotel mainly to visit Ashikaga Flower Park in the evening. The hotel location is quite far from Oyama Station, and I need to walk 1.2km, which can be challenging with a large suitcase.
The room size is ok in Japan and clean. Bed is comfortable. But the furniture & carpet are rather old. Basic amenities are available - toiletries, TV, air con, fridge, water boiler. The free breakfast is Japanese style, good enough if one is not fussy. For the price of the room with free breakfast, it is a good option for 1 night transit stay.

Location. Easy and short walk from Oyama station. We didn't go any, but there were convenience store and Izakaya around the hotel.
Laundry facilities. The fees were reasonable.
