Staying at Tajayama Hanzansha seems like the perfect way for me to enjoy real Japanese vibes. It's great that it's near Takayama's sights and still not too crowded. I like that there's a cozy common room with comic books and a table to eat at. The room I had was quite big, and the comfy futon made it feel like a home away from home.
