The rooms were pretty spacious, the onsen was also very nice and Goryokaku was basically around the corner so great location. We did not need our room to be cleaned because we only stayed for two nights, so we recieved drink vouchers at the reception as a thank you! All in all that was great.

It's such a cool and quaint town, gorgeous in the fall and easy to walk around. The food is excellent and the hospitality as well. And if you're able to make it up to Mount Hakodate, the night view is one of the best in the world.

Hakodate has some really interesting areas, and a relaxed atmosphere. I got around easily with taxis, buses and the trams. The trams (street cars) are fun and cheap. Parts of the city are not at all scenic but it has a hidden charm overall. Please visit the art museum which was entirely empty when I visited, but is so good.

Two nights, one full day was sufficient to see everything. We loved the red brick warehouse area, especially the beer restaurant. The rooeway is only good if it is not too windy or raining, although you can get a good view from the restaurant. It is self service and not too expensive.

A great hotel just across the road from the train station. Close to other attractions eg the fish market. The room was a great size and big compared to other Japanese rooms we have stayed.
The breakfast was wonderful - a mix of Japanese and Western food.
The staff were friendly.
We wished we could have stayed longer but we only stayed for a night as a stop over.

Planned for 1 night stay; however while we arrived at Hakodate in the morning, there was unfortunately a slight snow storm that impeded our evening and night touring! And the storm continued till next morning and in the afternoon we left Hakodate for Sapporo, so didn't have the chance to see what we have planned.

Due to big wind and snow in Hakodate, we did not get a chance to visit Mt. Hakodate, but spent most of time in hotel today. Fortunately we booked a Premier Delux Twin room on 12F, with good view and space, plus the nice facility to ensure we had a good stay in the city.
1. The hot spring is super nice. Starting from 14F, then extend to the roof on the 15F. With a good view on Mt. Hakodate and the harbor.
2. Breakfast is wonderful too.
3. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend for you to stay here when visit Hakodate!
Rooms are relatively small in Hakodate area. Was a little letdown compared to nearby hotels especially the toilet. The sky lounge is great looking at the port especially the night view. Too many tourist and way too crowded. Forget having breakfast in the hotel. The lines are like those prisoners que you see in movies. Too many tourist some way too rowdy, some are like they have ate in ages, others are afraid the restaurant would run away.
It's a great location, 2 minutes walk from Sapporo station; quite a lot of eating places other than Hakodate Market; room size was small, accommodating two persons was impossible, however, the hotel chose quality pillows, so...; breakfast was buffet-style, not great but sufficient; staff was polite and helpful, that part was great.
Great location and right beside Hakodate JR Station. 1 minute walk to Morning Market where full of seafood. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel provided many options of pillow for guests. Will stay if travel to Hakodate again.
Everything is so new and clean. Love the spaciousness for the family. Location is great. The Hakodate Morning Market is just opposite the hotel. Lots of eateries around.
