The location couldn’t have been better. You’re right in the historic town just in a less busy street. The onsen baths are great, the rooms are super comfy and modern, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even have free sake and beer in the afternoon.

Superb location in historic center! Great price, simple, clean with access to breakfast. You are greeted and assisted by the former owner who now manages the property. She is kind and solicitous of her guests’ needs and goes the extra mile to ensure their comfort. The walk up is a bit steep but we are 3 women in our 70s and managed.
There are two onsens for guests. The one for women is bright and cheerful.
