The Midoriya is a beautiful new onsen located off the beaten path in historic Yumura, in Hyogo. We stayed for just about two weeks, while we visited a family member living in the area. During our stay, the service from the entire staff was wonderful. We especially appreciated their patience with us as we navigated communicating with them by using apps, etc. Our room was very well equipped - it was small, but we expected that so it was no problem whatsoever. The facilities (our room, common areas, dining area) were very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast included many options, both Japanese and Western food, and was consistently prepared and delicious! The walk to the train station is about 10 minutes, easy to navigate, so from our perspective the location was excellent.
