1. Staff were welcoming, service was good. We returned to the same hotel 3 times and were greeted 'Welcome back'. You would think it's norm but never got welcome back in Tokyo during my stay there.
2 Luggage stored were sent to our room prior to arrival. Please keep that up because lots of hotels don't practise that anymore.
3. Housekeeping will leave a card in the room with the name of the person in charge of cleaning our room. Small gesture but I felt looked after :)
4. Location was great, not only was it near station, the underpass has lots of shops, cafe and restauants.
Note: If you can't climb the stairs, head down U14 underpass, there is an elevator on the left which link to the underpass.
