The view from the room was beautiful. From our balcony we saw the beach just in front of the hotel making us we are in Okinawa even we didn’t go swim as it is winter time, feeling we are having a holiday!!
The public bath was great!
There was a convenient store near by, the shops in American village are walking distance!
On Saturday night, you can enjoy the fireworks displays!

Everything was just right, location, staff, facilities were all very good. I stayed in the hostel area which was one of the best and most comfortable hostels I have stayed in, highly recommend.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe.
I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

There were a lot of things to see and do in the area. The food at nearby bars/restaurants/eateries was fantastic. Araha Beach is beautiful to spend time at, and there is a lot of exploring to be done.

Great destination for any travelers. Lots to do. Including Jimmy’s pie shop! Yum. A&W chili cheese fries and root beer floats. American village and lots and lots of shopping and a big movie theater. Go. So nice rain or shine.

The staff are quite friendly. Some of them can speak English well. The location is very good. Lawson, 7-11 and a super market is nearby. Very convenient. The beach is next to the hotel. The balcony faces to the sea, beautiful sea view.
Breakfast is simple but free. Guest can borrow bikes for free. Laundry is also for free.
The room is clean and large.
Super fancy hotel, very close to the American Village in Chatan. The infinity pool at the rooftop, although small, is amazing. The breakfast and in general food (apero, tea, or lunch) were very good. The staff was super professional, kind, and helpful.
The area is truly amazing, not too far away from Naha in car, and has something special in the architecture.
Staff & Hotel facilities were absolutely perfect, sunset from the rooftop is stunning.
