The rooms were small, as expected, and nice looking, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked with amenities, the breakfast was good, and the location was great. They also had BBC TV in English which was fabulous. Bonus feature was that suitcases would fit under the bed!

Hotel located adjacent to Saga station with many shops and restaurants options. Hotel double storey parking is also adjacent so there is minimal walking with luggage. Check-in process was easy via touch-screen counter. Room is clean and well arranged. Spacious enough to fit 2 additional chairs and a small table. Bed is tall enough to stow luggage underneath. Eco-friendly refillable shampoo and soap pump-bottles instead of single use bottles. Wifi is fast and stable. There are 4 laundry and dryers located in the airy lobby area instead of some little room. Included buffet breakfast has hot cooked food. Overall a very well organised and located hotel. Would definitely stay again if visiting Saga.

Being a newly opened establishment, everything was pristine and new. I particularly appreciated their choice of MUJI products throughout the room, which added a touch of minimalist elegance. The in-room microwave was a practical addition that I used frequently. The attention to cleanliness was impressive – the housekeeping team maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. What makes this property unique is the innovative combination of a barbershop and café on the ground floor, creating a lively atmosphere from morning till night. This vibrant setup contributed to the hotel's welcoming ambiance. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff was remarkably accommodating and helpful in arranging the additional night. The peaceful environment and comfortable setting made it an ideal place for productivity – I managed to complete a significant amount of work during my stay. I really love the location as it is just a few minutes walk from the Saga train station. The hotel reception staff are nice and polite as well.
