The onsen was very clean and relaxing. They offered free ice cream and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks after check-in (only one per person per day). The room was very comfortable and clean; I thought the bed and pillow was very comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the train station as well as to tourist attractions. What a pleasant surprise this hotel was, really great rooms, super friendly staff, a washmachine and dryer in your room to use for free, wow! On booking.com, the hotel comes accross as a bit shabby, but it is not at all. Everything is very new, spacious and well maintained.
