The staff are extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. Exceptionally hospitable.
The room is modern and well designed. The bed is big, there is a smart TV, plenty of well placed power/USB points, has a power shower, has a balcony and has tea and coffee making facilities. It is well laid out and comfortable.
Breakfast is delightful.

Our visit to the Mount Nebo Hotel and Restaurant in Madaba was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest Jordanian hospitality, which truly surpassed anything we’ve experienced anywhere in the world.
Aemon and his wonderful family made us feel like part of their own. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine joy in welcoming guests created an unforgettable atmosphere. Jordanians have a unique way of making Australians feel right at home, and the smiles and warmth we received were truly heartwarming.
The food was superb, showcasing the rich and authentic flavors of Jordanian cuisine. Every dish was a delight, prepared with love and care, and it’s clear this family takes immense pride in what they serve.
The location is absolutely exceptional- 10 minutes walk to all the mosaics, churches and tourist street.
