The receptionist was really helpful, he even helped me to find a way to go to the center of Amman and sent me the location names in Arabic on Whatsapp I also liked that there was no strict check-in or check-out time, as I arrived pretty late I was not in a rush to leave in the morning

Having managed high end hotels during my career, I will easily say hospitality in this property is at the level or more of a 5 star hotel! Incredible welcoming, outstanding assistance, great communication! In brief , during a very long journey, I was traveling with my two young daughters and needed to stay near the airport. Days before of my arrival, they have established a great communication through WhatsApp and made me feel so welcomed and assured that all going to be great. The manager Mohamed Albahansi was the kindest Man I ever encountered! From the front door, they came right away and took my luggage (6 suitcases) , offered beverages and a very warm welcome that you only expect from close family! After a long journey and kids being hungry a wonderful staff member by the name of Younis offered to go by a restaurant near by and deliver dinner so we can rest! A simple WOW is not enough to say about this amazing gentleman! The food was delivered in timely manner ! And it was super delicious!! He also assure me to not worry about the alarm for my early flight as he will come knock on my door early morning to make sure we don’t miss the flight! And he did in a super kind and respectful way! He had a taxi waiting for me ! Very reasonable price! All the luggage was loaded to the car! Being a women with two little daughters , I felt at ease with everything because of this amazing people! The property is very clean and neat . Very cute building and super clean room. Thank you with all my heart to everyone for making me and my kids feel at home! We are very grateful for your kindness and for your unique upscale hospitality! We will always come back to your property in our future travel !

Both good things and bad things to say: Good:

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night
