All the staff is very friendly, respectful and helpful. It is the third time I came to this hotel with my special needs foster daughter (no wheelchair) and we feel very much at home here. This hotel is exceptionally clean, from room to pool to anywhere else. The food is good at breakfast as well as at dinner, with a lot of choice. And there are usually very quiet spots at the pool for reading, etc.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The consierge was on top of our needs at all times. A big shout out goes to the staff of the La Cueva restaurant and the breakfast -attention to detail and kindness. The room is spacious and the beds very comfy. Once in the room we found complementary fresh fruits and water.
Finally, the location is unparalleled, right at the entrance of the Petra gate.
