I felt like I was treated like family from Sami (I think this is the correct spelling) he was very helpful in organising every single part of my trip which honestly made the experience better. Sami had a local taxi driver called Ibrahim pick me up from the airport and he was just as helpful as Sami and later went on to bring me to and from the city entrance and the Dead Sea! These two men made my stay in Petra Plaza Hotel great!

Perfect location. One of the best spots in Petra. Very welcoming staff. Prior to my stay, and last minute, I realised I booked the incorrect date. They changed the date with no issue.

Tremendous staff: On the front desk Hanadi and Ibrahm Hanza really helpful (arranged a difficult transit in bad weather to Wadi Rum with driver Ahmed).
