Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, I also had a little balcony.. Communal kitchen had tea / coffee and cooking facilities to use whenever you want. The rooms are all based on one level . There is a laundry that you can use and also an outdoor communal sitting area. Definately deserves higher star rating.
