Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. Great vibe in the city, with people and music in the streets all hours of day and night. A day-pass for a beach club is your ticket to a heated pool, on-site restaurant and other activities. Be careful of taxi drivers who offer to help you with anything you need; all inquiries about prices for trips are waved away with 'no problem', (while they suspend all activities of their actual job to be 'at your service'.) At the end of your stay, they will try to guilt you into paying for their time as if they were tour guides - for transporting you to the odd restaurant or beach club.

Aqaba is a great vacation location almost everyplace you want to go to requires entrance fee and it is very hard to find a beach that is nice with shaded areas and places to site without paying an entrance fee and lots of shops do not accept credit cards so it’s always good to go with cash and options to withdraw cash

Jordan is a wonderful country!
Jordan is a wonderful country! I stayed in Aqaba just for scuba diving. The city itself is not particularly interesting and if I was not diving, I wouldn't spend more than 1-2 days there. There are far more interesting places to visit in Jordan., like Petra, the Wadi Rum, Madaba, Jerash, Umm Qais and the Dead Sea.
The beach is OK, if you go to a private beach with a better infrastructure. I would recommend Berenice Beach, where you pay 13 JOD and can stay the whole day, with beach, nice pool, showers and restaurants and water sports at an extra price. The public beaches are not so clean and don't have nice facilities.

Beautiful water and diving.
Beautiful water and diving. Nice coastal town with lots of dining options. Great diving opportunities for novice and licensed divers. Aqaba Leaders Dive Center provided an AMAZING dive experience for me as a novice un-licensed diver. You can see so much incredible coral, fish, etc. in the clear Red Sea water. Check out Aqaba Leaders Dive Center for group or individual dives. It was the highlight of my visit to Aqaba!

Hotel offers a fair ratio price/quality. The rating is different in Jordan, I would say that it s a fair 3 stars hotel in Europe. The location is OK, 15 min from Aqaba airport by car and 10 min from the city center by foot. Complementary water in the room is a nice touch. Clean everywhere, I appreciated this. We stayed 3 nigts and in 2 of them, we met at the reception a very nice guy who recommended us a good restaurant in the center (Suzana) and anice marina to visit (Ayla Oasis). I am sorry that I didn't catch
Beautiful new hotel of just the right size to be cozy and relaxing. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, very high-tech.
The beach is beautiful and well-supervised, with corals and fish right in front of the seafront, perfect for an introductory snorkelling session leaving you to want more -> therefore booking was easy with the diving center for a boat trip to the famous Japanese Gardens (20 jod pp).

If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is ideal. The rooms are spacious and have English sockets. The staff were lovely and ensured we had a parking space. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday. It's a short walk to restaurants and the main tourist places in Aqaba. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport, a short and easy 15 minute drive, so ideal for your first night in Jordan.
