Location and staff are superb - food is quite good. When we were at the Lodge, we were the only guests, the staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Superb place for hiking and you can enjoy the stars and the sunset from the beautiful area next to the swimming pool.

This accomodation is so well located with a top view on Wadi Dana. Next to the view, that never gets boring by the way, the huts are very attractive, clean and nicely decorated with enough space.
They all have an own terrace but there is also a large terrace to share with others where you can drink something (water and tea, free offered) and eat.
The dinner is on demand and made by the wife of a family member and is really really tasty!
Be prepared that you can’t buy any drinks and that there is nothing in the neighbourhood to do (by foot).
Still we can recommend this place enormously!
We stayed for 2 nights and we did the Ghuweir Trail.
We were very happy to have Hussam as our host. He’s so friendly, helpful and dedicated. It was a pitty we had to leave.
About the trail/hike: we took a guide and we were so glad we went compagned by guide Esam.
Also he was kind, funny, helpful and he knows the hike pretty well. Ask for him, you won’t regret.

We had a great experience! We received a great treatment from all the family members. Delicious food and breakfast! It was very exciting to be in a typical house in Dana located in the old village where the trails in the reserve start. Highly recommend it, we would love to come back.
