This place is crazy. But honestly one of the best experiences I had in Jordan. Got a little lost trying to locate it after a long hike, but managed to find it ok! Hosts were super lovely and accommodating, with lovely home cooked food. The camp is really basic, but has clean toilets and showers and everything you need, but it is a wild camp, so don’t expect much. Sleeping under the stars was a highlight and absolutely surreal. If you decide to stay here (which you should), definitely just lean into the experience. It’ll be worth it.

I stayed to hike the wadi ghwer trail. I can highly recommend it! The place is nice and very clean. The owner is was super kind and helpful. I hiked from here to the start of the trail, it’s about one hour and the view is amazing. Better than take a car to the start

You can start with the beautiful location - stunning scenery, incredibly peaceful - but the Lodge provides the perfect package. Elegant simplicity, balanced with nature and the dramatic landscape. The rooms are so comfortable and uncluttered, bedding is very good quality and pristine white. The welcome was warm and genuine, it was like visiting family and the pride of the owners in their business is reflected in all the details. The food was also simple but absolutely delicious - no extensive, bland and wasteful buffets, both breakfast and dinner were carefully curated, traditional Jordanian meals that were obviously prepared with love and pride. I'll dream about dinner for a long time.

We had a great experience! We received a great treatment from all the family members. Delicious food and breakfast! It was very exciting to be in a typical house in Dana located in the old village where the trails in the reserve start. Highly recommend it, we would love to come back.

It was a really pleasant experience, with an amazing view to the Dana’s reserve, a really peaceful place to have a rest before hiking, all the confort you need (nice bed, nice shower and the BEST pooping view you will ever have). The breakfast is really nice with good quantity and free tea to dispose.
