I love the quietness and homeliness of it. There are mountain view and even a bird sanctuary nearby.
The only downside was the road to the property. It was a bit rough and might not be easy to access. I had no problems though.

Also the views and the warmth of the people.
I liked hiking in the bushes and relaxing at the beach and it is easy to get around the twn.
