The stay was absolutely exceptional to say the least. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The host was very responsive as well. I visited for my birthday with a few friends and i had some particular requests that were met with grace by the host and the staff on property. Breakfast was great in the mornings, the chef was AWESOME, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience on a whole.

The restaurants I visited were The Plantation Smokehouse and Sharkie's. The customer service was awesome and the food was delicious at both places. I met a friend who lives in RB at the PS (2x) and ate alone at Sharkie's. At PS I had the Curry Shrimp one night and the stuffed Salmon on another. We finished off a bottle of rum with our delicious meal. At Sharkie's the mango daiquiri was delicious with my seafood platter.
I was traveling solo, and I've been to Jamaica so much, I didn't do anything touristy(If that's a word). I went shopping in Ocho Rios and my experience at the L& M market for groceries was a good one.
But on my next visit, I will check out Mistic Mountain. I can't believe I hadn't done that before.

I called and informed the hotel about our purpose of visit which was celebration of my 40th birthday. We were told arrangements will be made for it. But, nothing at all was done. Even after reminding the reception forgot again. I am not recommending this hotel.

The Staff were very helpful and professional. Bahia messed up my Booking( did not add my wife). Their solution was to charge me for one night pass for my Wife ( which they refunded the next day) rather than accommodating me as a guest. The beds were too hard. No microwave. The buffet room was very hot

Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price.
Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
But overall, such a beautiful country with the best people.

The worst place so far,,,no body wants to help sort out the inconvenience,,no cooking utensils only 1 bowl,,bed bugs,,all 4 of us had to stay on the sofa,,no running water,,have to go airport today n we carnt even shower,,brush our teeth not wash our faces,,very sad,,I wanna cry and to no it cost us £200 pound for 2days to stop here,😥

Beautiful hotel. The entertainment staff were the absolute best. Also, fantastic professional musicians and entertainment shows and activities every day. Loads of different activities are available for every taste throughout the day. The food was exceptional with multiple choices to suit everyone
Mr Bailey and Princess were really accommodating. I recommend it to any family or solo traveller. The view over looking the sea with the morning sun is magical.
Mr Bailey's made my family of 5 breakfast. When we do return to Jamaica, we will be looking for another nights stay.
Great value for money.Comfortable beds with AC. Great food even though it was a very low-key restaurant so we had to order in advance but it worked fine for us.Pool area perfect with kids. Nice beach area though not really your standard beach so manage your expectations.
