I called and informed the hotel about our purpose of visit which was celebration of my 40th birthday. We were told arrangements will be made for it. But, nothing at all was done. Even after reminding the reception forgot again. I am not recommending this hotel.

Their solution was to charge me for one night pass for my Wife ( which they refunded the next day) rather than accommodating me as a guest. The beds were too hard. No microwave. The buffet room was very hot

Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price.
Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
But overall, such a beautiful country with the best people.

The worst place so far,,,no body wants to help sort out the inconvenience,,no cooking utensils only 1 bowl,,bed bugs,,all 4 of us had to stay on the sofa,,no running water,,have to go airport today n we carnt even shower,,brush our teeth not wash our faces,,very sad,,I wanna cry and to no it cost us £200 pound for 2days to stop here,😥

I liked the view, the general structure of the property.
I liked the view, the general structure of the property. I didn't like how lazy some staff seemed, specifically the person to whom complaints are filed. Attitudes of some female staff needs work.
The entertainment team was exceptional. The welcome team and front desk teams were really kool. The room was lovely. Just hated the stairs. I missed the Jamaican food experience and will ensure to be be there longer to get it. I loved the quiet pool settings right smack in the middle of a lush garden, The bartender was really commodating and helped with tour suggestions.
Great apartment. Plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and were so close to the beach. This apartment was within a family owned resort so very friendly and fully equipped. The apartment itself is large and has plenty of space for two or small family. The full kitchen meant we could cook breakfast, make snacks and keep our beer cool.
The place was very well set out with everything one could need, the host was lovely, the beach access is great, it was very clean, the bed was comfy, a range of books and netflix and wifi
We really enjoyed it one night was not enough and we will return for extra nights
