The property is located in the middle of Kingston and Montegobay airport. Also it’s less than a 30 minute drive to Ocho Rios. Which is great for fun activities. The property is also clam and offers serenity. Just a few minutes and you’re in the town center of st.Ann.
The host Marsha was lovely! She helped not only with provided information about the property and the activities in the surroundings but she also offered advice about car rentals. And even went above and beyond when we were stranded at the airport. Overall she was wonderful and helpful.

Security would not let us in as they had no information on us staying there. We waited over an hour before someone came to our aid. This was not a good start to the weekend.
I would stay there again as the venue was nice, and clean and in good decorative order.
The property itself was not bad. The accommodation need to be updated. Also, host need to make sure that deposit is refunded back to guests in a timely manner. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting on mine.

Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and opportunities to go walking. It also has a children's play area for those who have children. There is also 24 hour security who are well trained and polite. The convenience store nearby is well stocked and there is also a pharmacy and coffee shop where you can get Jamaica's famous Devon House ice cream. There are numerous restaurants nearby, local attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphon Cove, and Chukka Cove. The Knutsford Express stops nearby too which makes pickup and dropoff convenient.

Richmond is a good area located in the North Coast of Jamaica. 15min to St. Ann's Town, 30min to Ochi, 2hr to Mandeville, 1hr to Montego Bay.
Convenience store located outside the gated community. Its a fair distance from the property so usually drove to and from it.
Also well served by Petrol Stations in either direction.
Plantation Jerk Center - 5min, Sharkies - 30min, Suki Jerk - 30min.
