Property was securely gated off a main street. Big white solid house. Beautiful view of the ocean, right on the Sea. Beautiful fruit trees to eat from all over the property. The bedroom was very clean. We booked with very short notice, like 15 minutes, but was immediately welcomed in. The lady of the house was very nice and provided perfect recommendations for dinner nearby.

So we decided to stay at Comfort Rooms for one night, and to be fair we wasn’t expecting much considering the low price point but we absolutely enjoyed our stay, the host A very nice gentleman from England (Paul), really helpful he made us feel at home right away, and his lovely young son was an absolute delight—such a pleasant boy.
The location is perfect, just a 15-minute drive into Ocho Rios, and it's directly on the main road with plenty of taxis stopping right outside the gate. This was incredibly convenient for us since we didn’t have a car. We enjoyed a short walk down the hill to the local beach, where we met some wonderful people at the beach bar and savored freshly prepared fish—simply GREAT.
Given the price, we expected the accommodations to be modest, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was equipped with air conditioning and cable TV, and we were provided with fresh, clean towels and lovely soft bedding with clean linens. The hot shower was a treat, making our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, the guest house offered excellent value for money, combining great amenities with a perfect location and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay near Ocho Rios. We will definitely be returning!

The room was beautiful and modern. My partner and I loved the welcome sign and how comfortable and safe the room and gated community felt. Despite a slight hiccup at first the host quickly fixed the issue in a matter of minutes to our pleasant surprise. We had an event in ocho ríos and we were able to get there from this place in a matter of minutes. Thanks again we definitely recommend staying at this place.
