The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect position for trekking in the mountains above Lago d'Iseo and is very quiet. The restaurant and pizzaria are outstanding.

Great location, clean, had everything we needed. The host was very nice and helpful, had great suggestions of things to do in the area and even followed up during the stay to advise of a local market.

I spent some unforgettable moments in this place with friends and we were absolutely delighted. The apartment was extremely clean and the area was charming - quiet, far away from the crowds, which provided us with complete relaxation. The most impressive thing was the picturesque terrace with views, which delighted us with its beauty every day. Inside, everything was perfectly prepared - fresh towels and a kitchen equipped with all the basic things, so we lacked nothing. The rooms felt spacious, yet cozy and warm. It is also worth mentioning the owner, who was very nice and invited us to come any time into her bakery, which made us feel really welcome there. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Good food in the town but book ahead we tried Pizzeria Almici ridiculous size pizza lovely to be fair we didn’t try the other eateries in Zone but had great hosts at the central bar Ristorante Maneggio Val Tress well worth a visit rural menu.
You definitely need a car, some of the roads are hairy/ exciting
Places close typically 2 - 5 pm couple of really nice artisan shops great bread and cakes as well as the household essentials.

Zone is a mountain village over the Iseo Lake.
Zone is a mountain village over the Iseo Lake. It is famous for the pyramids, that are worth a walk and many pictures. It is also a good starting point for hiking and cycling, as well as for visiting the lake and the Camonica Valley which offers a lot of natural, not too crowded places as well as museums, paleolithic and archeological sites and beautiful churches. The village offers few restaurants, but it is mainly a mountain village, quiet. It was one of the accesses to teh Camonica Valey in the ancient times, before the street along the lake was escavated.

Large modern room. Lovely vine covered terrace at the front of the hotel for all guests. Interesting decor, old typewriters, and sewing machines for example. Lovely staff. The hotel was a very relaxing place to be.
