Everything. The room was good, it had a balcony with an exceptional amazing view. The restaurant was good and food was very delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The ferry was exactly in front of the hotel, so was very easy to reach any other locations nearby. I can just advise this hotel to everyone.

The hotel provides the authentic Italian hamlet experience. The location is wonderful, close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and far enough from the street to provide a peaceful atmosphere. All the gardens and facilities were well kept. The communication through emails was very straightforward and the personnel was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Very clean as well!

Beautiful auberge with an amazing view on the mountains and lake como.
Our room was very comfortable, cutely decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. Very peaceful, and refreshing from the busier towns down at the lake.
We really enjoyed having a little balcony with the view.
It was also very practical to have the free parking onsite.
