The location was perfect. The facilities amazing. We had a beautiful view. We could hear the cowbells from the hillside meadow. Bedding: mattress, pillow, sheets were top quality and so comfortable. Wonderful breakfast & dinner at the on-site restaurant. One of our favorite stays on our month-long journey through Italy & Austria.

The cafes and the pubs in Vipiteno are lively with friendly locals and excellent beers and wines. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with little farms dotted around the alps, castles and the mountains themselves are lovely. Even a stroll in the streets is lovely with the little markets that they have set up.

Beautifully situated big clean room with good bathroom. Nice breskfast. Good dinner with very good value for money, only we did not know that we were supposed to eat three big courses. So a healthy appetite is needed.

The property is brand new, featuring a clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Vipiteno city center and several local restaurants. Although we didn’t end up needing a cot bed for our child, the owners kindly provided one and even upgraded us to a larger room.
This centrally-located yet peaceful hotel is a great base for excursions to the surroundings. Dedicated and professional staff offers South Tyrolean hospitality at its best. No need to leave the hotel to enjoy a good meal! On top of that, a new SPA for customers' enjoyment is under way!
The hotel has its own parking for free and self check-in automat so we could arrive by car at any time we wanted even late in the night. We accidentally entered the near Autohof with a payed ticket and a lady at the desk gave us the free entry to it.
We loved Hotel Mondschein! The rooms were huge, modern, and ours had a balcony on two sides! They're pet friendly with no additional fees. The included breakfast was good, and the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.
