Location was easy for train station, would recommend for visiting milan, without having to stay in the busy city, very large room, Could do with decorating, but overall was good, reception lady was lovely didn't get her name,

We liked the friendly staff, especially Damiano at the reception, who did everything for us to feel welcome. We got a lovely big room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Also the location to the Metro 2 yellow line station is only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel and you are in the centre of Milan in abt. 20 minutes.

The room was good and clean and breakfast was also good.
the Bus station is just 1 min by walk and metro station was 5 min by walk. then by Metro it took about 25 min to the center so the location was good as well.
the WiFi works good.
the bed was comfort.
the bath was clean.

100% the staff. They were incredible! We travel all over the world, but all of the staff deserve 6 stars. It's not a 5 star hotel, but at least they make you feel comfortable like 5 stars!
