We were upgraded to a suite which was really nice indeed.
The staff were all nice and friendly especially young Alex (Oleksandr) who was especially good.

We liked the friendly staff, especially Damiano at the reception, who did everything for us to feel welcome. We got a lovely big room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Also the location to the Metro 2 yellow line station is only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel and you are in the centre of Milan in abt. 20 minutes.
