The staff were amazing and i loved how they put balloons in the room with a happy birthday banner written in Italian in our room for my partners birthday. The rooms were clean, alittle on the smaller side but completely functional for what we needed it for. The hotel was really nicely decorated with lots of seating outside the bar in reception.

We were upgraded which was so lovely considering we’d had such an awful journey getting there (train strike) The room was lovely, but the shower could have done with an update). It was too hot at night so I had difficulty sleeping, but the bed and bedding was very comfy. The tea and coffee wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for milk at reception. We had a fantastic stay and we visited a fabulous restaurant around the corner.
