We have visited Villa Campestri on previous occasions and it is nice to see that some things never change. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, even though the style is very classical and somewhat dark.

When we arrived at night, after a tortuous road from Firenze which looked like it was taking us to another dimension, we were greeted by fireflies, and we could hear the sound of an owl. The host let us do a late check-in, and we had a small gift for us when we arrived.
The place was small but had everything we need, including some nice food for breakfast.
When we woke up in the morning, the day was beautiful and we fully experienced the view while taking breakfast. The garden was really well maintained and beautiful, and the scenery was amazing.
The host let us do a late checkout and was really helpful and responsive.
Definitely a place to book again in the future.

The apartment was super nice and clean, good size including queen bad and a sofa bed plus front yard and backyard .. the owner was really nice allowing as to check in before the time , coffee and Thea available for breakfast with a choice of some sweet stuff to enjoy with.. and all this was cheaper than a hotel ..
Beautiful setting in deep Tuscan countryside. Very large gardens immaculately kept with views to die for. Luckily weather allowed us to breakfast on the terrace (late October stay). Hotel main building dates from 12th Century and interior is warm and tasteful. Rooms are wonderfully clean and charming. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your stay as good as can be. Very highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thank you!
Cinzia was an incredibly helpful host who anticipated our needs and was very attentive to answer all of our questions. The stay was beyond gorgeous, perched in the Tuscan hillside, but a car is absolutely NECESSARY for this location. Vicchio is a great town for sampling local food and many villages are nearby for day trips - Highly recommend this property.
This resort is worth all of its good reviews. It was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was fantastic, and the menu was different both nights we ate there. The view was unbeatable. The hotel also didn't have too many guests, so it also felt quaint. I could not recommend this place enough, will definitely be back!
