WORSE THAN TERRIBLE
Nothing worked in this disgusting place. Diaper left. Spiderweb in all corners. Dirty cups. Terrible access without info on what door. Builders all around invading the balcony, not usable full of dust and even workers asking access to open windows and doors, so clearly no view. WiFi not working. Arrogant company on whatsapp didn't even know the code and was the most arrogant people, I have ever met. No washing machine as written, they just 'forgot' to inform me before booking. Wtf. Had to use 3 days to try and call booking to get a refund. With many videos proving th3 dirt, no washer and wifi (seemed to be a chiavette that hadnt been paid). Disgusting people and conpanies are allowed to do this. If you get problems, don't expect the company in another city OR booking to help at all. I called 20 employees for 2 days in various countries with booking (Company totally useless). And was even threatened with no refund and that I was not telling the truth, despite I had pics and videos of it all. DIAPER LEFT??? A wifi code handwritten, one couldnt read and that the girl at the company didn't even know. She had to search for info about everything, name on front door, so I didn't try to open someone else's door. No welcome. Just a whatsapp message about key box. Smelly bathroom. Dirty coffee cups. I ate out the 3 days and lost an important meeting due to their lies about a washing machine. How can people lie and give this dirtyness and still be allowed to be on booking? Arrogance as I have never seen before.
The location is very nice, easy access to the small centre of Venaria and a nice walk to La Mandria Park. Everyone from staff is really helpful. the breakfast is simple but good, well served. The style of the hotel is cute, everything was cleaned and there is literally nothing to complaint. Easy to park for those who come with a car.
Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. I loved my room and found it extremely comfortable. My room also had an amazing view of the Chiesa di Sant'Uberto, which was beautiful to look at when light up at night. The hotel itself was very nice and cozy, and was a great place to stay.
Very clean property and friendly and helpful staff. Eleonora stayed in close touch for my arrival and was there to greet me, even though my train was delayed. She also helped when my plans unavoidably changed. The location could not be better for visiting La Reggia di Venaria Reale.
Location is very good if you want to visit La Venaria Reale. Bus station is near and it takes about 30 minutes to Turin center by bus. The host is very kind and helpful.
