Very sweet property nestled in the hills above Cividale del Fruili with views of vineyards. We enjoyed the wellness center (note you must pay extra to use it) the saunas and spa were a lovely treat after spending 6 days hiking the Alpa Aldria Trail.
The included breakfast had a nice selection and they made coffee to order which was a nice treat.

The property has spacious, clean rooms. We enjoyed a local restaurant and wine from the winery. There is a nice terrace area to sit outside. Unfortunately for us it was too hot. A nice breakfast was provided with lots of choices. And there are friendly dogs. The host was very helpful and sent us to a great spot on the river to take a swim.

The bed and breakfast is about a 20 minute walk outside of Civedale del Friuli, which I very much appreciated for the stay. The breakfast was amazing, the hosts were outstandingly friendly, and given the whole experience I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Great garden, and nice to relax here too.
They also had some space for our bikes, which was also very much appreciated.
Next time I will have to plan to stay here for a few of nights, and explore the closer region more.
