We stayed 3 nights and we like it very much. You have acces to the pool and the beach. Very good breakfast. Staff is 5 stars. We had some problems with our rented car and the guy from reception ( sorry that i forgot his name) helped us to solved it.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We had several friends who stayed in Torre San Giovanni in other places and we had the best value for our money. A beach was crossing the street and by car you reached many beautiful places in few minutes or great cities like Lecce or Gallipoli in less than an hour. Beautiful terrace where to enjoy breakfast or chill out. 10 min walk from a wonderful beach, Caribbean style - no need to drive anywhere else. The real highlight, though, is Ms Mina, who was very nice and accommodating throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended!

Accomodation was really clean, white marble floors. Beach was close to this place, but if you want to see sunny beach, you have to go aprox. 2 km. I was really satisfied by breakfast full of local food

Great location, clean sea, very sharp rocks throughout this area but easily navigated with the right footwear. Small cafes in the area with delicious coffee and pastries. Short drive to local supermarkets.

The town is ugly and touristy.
The town is ugly and touristy. Puglia has beautiful historical towns with beaches like Monopoli, Otranto or Gallipoli. This town however has nothing of interest and is not picturesque. Walking in the evening was difficult as the canal smells. The town is quite poor. I regretted going there.

Magda and Massimilliano are super hosts!
Magda and Massimilliano are super hosts! They are nice people, warm and very friendly. The accommodation was exactly like in the pictures, a large room for 3 people, very clean and comfortable. All facilities were functioning. We've got a fabulous breakfast with typical specialties. The accommodation is well located for a trip along the Ionic and Adriatic coasts. I definitively recommend this accommodation.

The stay was like being at home. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating, especially the signora who was looking after us. She made us breakfast everyday (both sweet and savoury, super tasty!) and she gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. The location is close to beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants. The room was spacious and we never heard the other guests even though there were others. Safe parking inside the premises. We will definitely go back to Masseria Nova when we return to Torre San Giovanni!!
the facility is absolutely beautiful, you cant walt to the beach as there are no walking paths, but once you cross the main road you can start the hike to the costal path and reach the beach, by car is 2 min, beach is outstanding. It`s family owned and they are absolutely fantastic.
Very nice apartment & clean rooms, parking slots available, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, quiet area and only a few minutes walk to the center and the beach - we are looking forward to our next stay there !
