The AC in the room was the best I've ever had in Europe. The location was good and easy to find from the water bus and easy to leave with private water taxi through the door in the back directly to the canal.

In a little alley so there is no noise from people walking down the major Rio Tera Lista di Spagna. We were in an annex across from the main hotel on the ground floor so did not have to take our luggage up the stairs. The folks at the desk were very nice and helpful. We did not book the breakfast and preferred to go out and about. The shower was tiny, but all in all it was an easy walk from the train station and a great place to sleep so we were very happy with our stay.
