Location is pretty far from the center of the city and nearest subway works only by 09:00 PM. Breakfasts are usual for Italy, just some coffee and croissants (not enough for some people). Staff is very pleasant and always ready to help.
Free taxi from the airport beats some minor disadvantages.)

too far from fiumicino but we had to stay closer to our venue rather then the centre of rome. however, there are restaurants, McDonalds and Conad supermarket, connection with tube and buses so its quite ok for a short stay.
The location was choosen because of the neighboring Tor Vergata university, which is located 5 stations away from Torre Gaia station. The location is indeed idyllic and safe, close to a single cafe-restaurant and a commercial area with a supermarket, a pet-shop and a pret-a-porter shop, with logical prices. The hotel is quiet and in a residential area close to Torre Gaia Station (metro and bus).
A very friendly host that met each request, providing us with tips for the city and further support. The breakfast is not huge, but the coffee is very good, and fresh pastry was offered. For a stay in the area Tor Vergata it is the perfect place!
Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden.
It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).
