My flight was diverted to Venice for an emergency. My wife and I had to spend the night there and catch another flight on the following morning. It is very close to the airport, 4 mins by car. The room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. The coffee was great.

Our stay in Tessera was only for proximity to the airport for an early morning flight; we did not have much time there to really explore. We do not recommend the hotel/Inn as it was inconsistent with the description and a disappointment, but we did enjoy our dinner at the nearest restaurant. Our stay in Venice and throughout Italy was fantastic, and Booking.com was generally a good resource.

The hotel was amazing and beautifully furnished with a touch of class. The staff were courteous and helped in every possible way, breakfast was a nice hot and cold buffet, and the swimming pool and sauna were a pleasure shuttle service from the airport to the hotel a must at just 15 euros for 2 persons each way there is no restaurant at the hotel but 2 minutes down the road they have an amazing restaurant the hotel provided transport to and from the restaurant for free shall rebook again very soon

This is such a sweet gem tucked away from road and airport...
This is such a sweet gem tucked away from road and airport noise. I especially loved the spacious grounds where I could take a walk after a long flight, visit the farm animals, admire the beautiful flowers, and watch all of the egrets and even a sacred ibis flying to their roost. The beds were quite comfortable and we were happy they could provide me and my two friends with three single beds. The morning breakfast was quite good. Friendly staff who arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport on our last day.

Tessera is convenient to Venice airport, only 2km away.
Tessera is convenient to Venice airport, only 2km away. It is small but on a direct bus route to Venice (number 5 bus), 20min, so very easy. Good location for visiting Venice and travelling further afield, i.e. Lake Garda, Verona or Trieste.

Proximity to the airport is very good but it's expensive to take a taxi from the train station to this place (45 euros + tip). There are no places to eat that are close by. It was a 18 euro taxi ride to the airport the next morning. Make sure you're comfortable sharing a bathroom with the other guests.

Great for our early flight in the morning back to the U.S. - The staff setup the early morning shuttle to the airport and that was on time and perfect . The room was very nice and same for the restaurant.
I did some trip reviews from other travelers and wasn't sure why some of the reviews were so negative.

I had a late flight, which unfortunately was further delayed, which made it impossible to reach venice by any means of transportation. This hotel was life saving, as was reached after 15min walk( there were no taxis in sight after 2 o clock) gave us the unique opportunity to lay down on a bed rather on the floor of the airport. If you have a late flight in or an early flight out, I would recommend to consider it as an option. I personally apolosize to the hotelier for the arrival time,he was kind enough to let us in.
An easy walk from the airport - took us about 15/20 minutes. Super clean room and easy self check in as we arrived on a late flight outside of the reception times. The room was spotlessly clean and newly refurbished - clean and comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and towels. (no mini bar or kettle for those that need these things!) We arrived around 1am and left at 8am and didn't see any staff. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the no 5 bus stop that takes you straight in to the centre of Venice.
Fabulous hotel, we booked the shuttle to and from the airport, which was great. The rooms were brilliant, clean and fresh. We booked into the restaurant at night, the food was freshly cooked, the prices were incredible. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really good, there were locals eating in the place too, which was brill.
All of your staff were polite and we will stay again when we return to Venice.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to the airport (although a 20 euro taxi ride away) and easily accessible to Venice by public transport (bus).
Amazing breakfast! Rich, nice dining room, near to the airport, the hotel offers a shuttle service which is great after a long flight, great point to start your trip in Venice, clean, new and friendly
