What is not to love about Rio Stava? Literally nothing.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed omg, I’ve never slept so soundly as I did in Rio Stava.
The food is amazing, I really recommend going for the full board. The menu changes every night, you get a few options to choose from for primi, secondi and dolci and they’re all so good it’s hard to choose.
Location is great, the views are beautiful and the spa is fantastic! I got a face treatment and my husband a massage and both were great.
Most people come here with their kids, it’s mostly a family resort and I could see that the hotel is super prepared to receive and care for kids, so would recommend if that’s your case. My husband and I came just the two of us and it was perfect for a couple, we had a very relaxing time, so don’t feel like it’s only for families.
And the staff deserves their own paragraph. Every single person working at Rio Stava is so friendly, helpful, professional, always offering to help and make your stay pleasurable. They just made our stay even better!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Everything was super clean, food was great, wellness and pool are amazing. The hotel has its own bar, it’s a great place to chill in the evenings.
But most of all, we LOVED how nice everyone are. Every single staff member is so helpful, especially ladies at the reception. We got recommendations for hikes that are stroller friendly (we stayed with our dog and 7 month old baby). Their attention to detail is remarkable- every morning we had baby chair, bib, and cutlery for baby at our table. It’s very family-friendly. Our baby got sick at the end of our stay and they helped us a lot to find a pharmacy, and even offered us early breakfast in case we want to leave early.
The hotel is very cozy, with different activities for everyone to enjoy. They also offer a lot of activities for adults and kids. Definitely great value for money.
Overall, it was wonderful experience and we would love to come back and stay a little bit longer this time. Thank you for everything!

A great town. I've been there for the fourth time and will visit this place again. Perfect place. Close to restaurants and not far to the slopes. A historic and very atmospheric town. A lot of friendly people live here. Ancora restaurant well worth a visit. The waiters and bartender are very nice and treat customers the best in the world.

Good starting point for Latemar/Obereggen skiing area and other places of interest in and around Val di Fiemme. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and spa area to enjoy after skiing. Nice breakfast choice with fresh orange juice selfservice available. Excellent halfboard dinners with great buffet choice of starters and salads followed by delicious and daily varied Italian menu to make a choice from.

Very helpful staff - due to the limited restaurant menu, our kids didn't find anything to eat there for dinner, but the kitchen cooked for them something out of the menu. Thank you for that.
Hotel exceeded expectations in terms of owners friendliness, cleanliness and excellent location and view.
One of the couples also had to cancel booking due to unforeseen circumstances and owners did everything to support them in terms of the cancellation.
