The location is perfect, in the centre of Terni. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything I needed. It was nice to drink morning coffee on the balcony. I didn't meet the staff, but they answered very quickly to all my messages.

There is a supermarket right next door! And it is very close to mamore waterfalls- not to be missed!

Very cozy space, great heating (we stayed there in the beginning off December). Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen.
Free parking is the yard. Very nice and responding stuff. Easy self checking.
Terni is a wonderful city. In my opinion it's a hidden gem of Italy. It's an easy 1-hour train ride from Rome, and on the way to all the northern Italian cities. Terni Centro has almost no cars, so incredibly walking friendly, full of cafes, gelaterias, and pizza. All, with picture book old Italian architecture. Also, Terni really comes alive after 4pm!

Terni was great as a base.
Terni was great as a base. Good rail connections to Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Nothing much in Terni itself. Try to find accommodation close to railway station. We used taxi to get to Cascata Marmore but there is a bus.

We stayed only one night in Terni!
We stayed only one night in Terni! we received a very warm welcome from Anna and recommendations and assistance with local restaurants for our evening meal. Our apartments were very comfortable and had lovely views over the hills. The residence is right beside Collescipole - beautiful old town which we wandered through the next morning. The Marmone Falls are also well worth a visit. Would highly recommend a stay.

The city doesn't offer much, but there are lots to see close by. Marmore is beautiful, Spoleto is a wonder, and Narni is a secret delight. Terni can be used as a base, but I would suggest staying in Spoleto.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni.
Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge.
Free parking in the yard.
The host was great and treated us with lot of respect and smiling face. We really loved the house and the set up. Although this time we were in Italy 🇮🇹 for wedding. We did not get much time in the house and exploring the area. We will definitely be back. Many thanks for having us. Best wishes from Muja Family!
Staff was extremely helpful. The room was quite warm as air conditioning wasn’t working yet so they changed our room to a cooler one
We dined in the restaurant attached to hotel and it was delicious with some of the best waiting staff I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth going back just for that
