The room is brand new, very clean and comfortable with plenty of day light located in a recently renovated flat. You can use a shared kitchen with all utensils.

We spend 7 days in Termini Imerese with my 12 year old son. We used that time to go to the beach (amazing not crowded rock beach with crystal clear water), visited Cefalu on the train (very crowded but quaint village), went on a boat trip in Santa Flavia (fantastic cruise around the coastline). Imerese is lovely local city that does not have many tourists. It is easy to walk around and has many attractions to see.

A small town, buzzing with life - locals, not tourists.
A small town, buzzing with life - locals, not tourists. A pretty historical center, lots of pretty alleys and stairways. The beach within walking distance from town, not a picture perfect beach, but we found it a bit charming.
Not the place to go if you expect to speak English, if you prefer perfect beaches, touristy things or a grand choice of restaurants and activities, but a perfect place to be if you want to see how the locals live. Lots of cute local cafés and friendly people.
The view from the top of the town is beautiful.

I enjoyed very much my staying in Termini Imerese.
I enjoyed very much my staying in Termini Imerese. It has the charm of old Italian little towns with narrow streets, lots of stairs (but not difficult) and everybody should go on Via Roma monumental scale, it is not difficult at all. The local people are very warm and friendly.
There is the Old Town Library to visit near the Dome (very friendly people) and of course, lots of beautiful old churches. Unfortunately I could not visit the Civic Museum, which has archeology worth to be seen, due to my misunderstanding of visiting hours. But I intend to go again in this city and to see this museum. In october 2023 I saw few people on the beach, but the water was warm and you could really enjoy the nature, without the stresssing crowd.
I think it is a good location to choose for staying and also making trips to Palermo and Cefalu.

Not as impressive as Syracuse or Palermo, Termini Imerese is still a very authentic Sicilian place with steep and narrow streets (most of them actually stairs). There a a lot of small cafes and restaurants in the centre, offering see view and good and not expensive food - recommend "Country house" pizza restaurant.

Non-touristy sweet little town, cute town beach with a pretty tavern with good food, lovely "historic center" with pretty old buildings, narrow alleys, stairways etc. Via Roma is gorgeous. Town comes to life around the plaza in the evenings. Excellent ice cream shop on the best viewpoint in town.
Very central if you plan to see other parts of Sicily, either with car or by train.

They very kindly accepted a last minute late night booking when we were stranded in Termini Imerese. They helped with luggage and took us to the room. The room was comfortable and attractive and In the old town. Basic but nice and good value - only really suitable for a couple or very small family
The hotel is great! It’s really a gem for a stay in the vicinities. Very modern (like those from big chains), spotless clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom with an amazing shower. Breakfast was very, VERY good, croissants as good as the ones I tasted in France. Staff was more than friendly.
Super convenient location is a beautiful building in the the heart of Termini Imerese. I loved the high ceilings and the balcony overlooking the main street. Our host was very helpful, though we were quite self-sufficient.
Spacious, clean, modern room in characterful old building in the heart of the old centre of Termini Imerese. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast included in nearby cafe.
