Super position to get to Florence and the hotel is in excellent condition and must be reasonably new?
To get into Florence you need # 26 bus to Resistenza and then #11 tram to Santa Maria Novella. 1€ 70 cents A taxi would probably cost about 18/20.00 €. Both of these services are pretty frequent. Caveat emptor...try to avoid busy times of the day, unless you don't mind being a sardine!!! Don't expect children sitting down to offer you their seat. They won't.
They don't respect age or sex!
Continental breakfast is excellent and plentiful. This is replenished frequently
Great to be away from the noise and hustle bustle of Florence and thousands of tourists. I've been in May, June, October and November and it's always busy.
Room facilities fine...unless you need a safe. There isn't one. It didn't bother me however.
The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day and fresh towels provided.
Excellent air-conditioning if you want it.
I've been to Florence 5 times and 3 of those times I stayed in central hotels. Frankly, I would stay in this hotel again

I used this hotel for one night, as i arrvied late in Florence and did not wanted to drive
To far out of town in the dark. Next day i left for a yoga retreat for Montevarchi.
So my one night was perfect.

This is just a beautiful apartment and was immaculate. Very close to the transportation center. Very friendly hosts with easy instructions to get in. Excellent place to stay on your trip! You won’t be disappointed!

Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)

The hotel has a private parking. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel is located ca 2 km from parking Villa Constanza, where you can take tram T1 to the centre (trainstation) of Florence in 10-15 minutes.
There is a trattoria (Antiche Torri) across the street, but it's better to make a reservation, because it is a busy place, even during the week.
The house and the location were great as a base for us to explore Tuscany, with the tram to Firenze only a short drive away, and main roads to other locations like Siena and Pisa easy to get to. We had plenty of room to relax and the balconies with a pleasant view in a quite area were a much appreciated bonus.
Hotel Cedri made our stay in Florence wonderful.Convenient location, wonderful room,staff and clean clean clean.
It's an excellent place to explore Florence and around.
