The breakfast, lunch and dinner were exceptional. They produce their own bread, cakes, and pasta and it was all delicious. It is located a bit off the beaten path but not to be missed. Massimo and his cousin are the 5th generation of the family to own the estate and they do an exceptional job. We have stayed at 6 different hotels on our drive from Paris to Puglia and this is so far, the absolute best for comfort and the best quality of food we have encountered. We recommend it!

We loved our night at the hotel Macinaie! It is located in a wonderful place, surrounding by a forest. The room was very cosy, clean and calm. The restaurant was delicious, all the people in the staff were so kind! We felt like at home and we would love to come back and stay longer! Grazie mille!

The Glampsite was everything we wanted over the weekend. Rita and Peter have found that delicate balance between natural living and comfort. The site has the most amazingly swimming pools - a natural spring pool and a bio pool. The former especially made our holiday memorable as it kept the kids entertained and all of us cool. Nearby Santa Fiora was also a pleasant surprise and I am not easily surprised in Italy having lived there for 25 years.
Everything was perfect: the room was clean and comfy, newly furnished, in a quite place just a few minutes from Santa Fiora's centre; and the hosts were simply amazing, nice and kind. They prepared us a special breakfast with fantastic home-made cakes, and it was a pleasure to chat with them. Definitely recommended!
All liked it! Delicious muffins, pies and cookies for breakfast. Fruits, yoghurts, toast.... Very clean and nice. There is a kitchen! Silence contributes to a wonderful sleep. Highly recommend! Next time I plan to stay at this hotel again. Huge thanks 🙏

Santa Fiora is a pretty village. Don't follow the map instructions to the property as the roads are very narrow.
