The property is amazing. We really liked the vineyard and could taste the prosecco they make. They also sell wines and olive oil (we purchased these). WiFi worked OK. We could check-in a bit later than 6 PM fortunately as we had a bit of delay. The personnel was really kind and eager to help. They provided information about restaurants but no offer to dine at the place (would've been ideal as we were quite tired). Parking place in the property.

Good, quiet location, beautiful house. The rooms had surprisingly good sound isolation, even the sound of a crying baby was muffled enough that I could sleep (and I am a very light sleeper). The mattress is comfortable for someone with back pain, it isn't too soft. The breakfast was great, different sweet and savory options like ham, eggs, pastries, fruits and so on. Everything was tasty. The host was very pleasant and nice, and so were the other guests, everyone seemed happy and friendly, the vibe was great. All in all, a great stay. Perfect location if you want to visit Rimini and San Marino.

Villa Ebe is on the side street, so the traffic is not heavy, though morning cars may add to the ambient sounds of one's waking up, considering there is a car park next to the B&B. A hospital is nearby, at times you may hear a siren. The bus stop is in 2-min walk, and the town centre is in 3. The location is very good, with its pros and cons, you decide, but for us all was fine.

Very clean with a rustic feeling which we really really liked. Host was very welcoming, he even turned up the heating since it was very cold on the day we came.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area of Italy!
The best thing about this B & B was the management.
The best thing about this B & B was the management. Sara manages the check in, maintenance and prepares Italian style breakfast. She also will help with restaurant reservations and will direct you yo other points of interest.
The old town is very interesting but would not recommend this B & B for any one that has trouble walking.

It is a beautiful old house and so tastefully decorated and furnished, in a beautiful, quiet location, with good walks from the hotel.
The restaurant, food and wine is excellent.
We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Positioning is very good for Rimini Fierra, SIGEP, 5 min away by car, in a village between Rimini and Santarcangelo.
Staff in hotel speak italian english and russian, are very friendly
have parking place, no problem with rented car
I go to eat 6min far by car to TRATORIA LE TRE BOTTI super good italian food with 15 eu fixed menu drink included.
The hotel is an active convent. The accommodation was two rooms plus large bathroom. It is very quiet and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was very good.
