Great to be surrounded by all that greenery. There's peace and tranquility as the villa is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle yet in a few minutes you're down by the promenade. The hosts are lovely people. Mr Mauro welcomed us on arrival and immediately made us feel comfortable. He also suggested some great places to visit and the best restaurants to go to. We were also very well attended by Margherita who greeted us every morning for breakfast with also some tips on what to see and do. Highly recommend Villa Luca and looking forward to visiting again.

I liked the room, bathroom, and balcony. The room is on the second floor, but it's only 11 steps up from the entrance.
The place is located in the old part of down on a rather steep, narrow street. The old town center and the cathedral are only minutes away. Newer parts of town with more restaurants are lined up along the beach road.

This is a comfortable apartment decorated with imagination and care and perfectly located, right in the center of this pleasant little town. Our host, Salvatore, is a kind and cheerful man who showed us unparalleled hospitality. He did everything conceivable to make sure we were comfortable and would get the most out of our stay. On arrival, we found fresh fruit, cookies, ice cream, beer, wine, and bottled water waiting for us. Salvatore responded instantly to every question or request, provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations, and brought us a beach umbrella that we hadn’t even asked for. He loves Sant’Agata, and he wants his guests to share his affection for it and to enjoy their visit as much as they possibly can. We had a wonderful stay, at the beginning of which we were met by a host and at the end of which we left having made a new friend.

This was not our first time at the property, and it won't be our last. We usually get rooms 20-21, which have a bathroom in common and fit a family of four perfectly. The lady at reception was very nice to put some complimentary water to cool in the room fridge before our arrival: it was scorching outside!
Breakfast is fantastic: the cakes are legendary and deserve a special mention, as does the lady who makes them!
The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We always have a lovely time in this hotel.
It was quirky, with lots of character, and reflected love and passion for Sicilian life.
We loved feeling ‘local’ and watching the world go by from the balcony. It was very different from a typical B&B or hotel. Cosy little kitchen area and we liked the bedroom on the upstairs floor up the wooden steps. We were kept well informed by the host Salvatore and his friend who helped us when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome treats!
