Every detail was well-thought and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. In addition to a standard continental breakfast, the hostess made a little local treat, fresh cakes and a savoury, such as a frittata or sandwich, every day. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the tropical feel of the hotel, with the cacti gardens, lovely rooftop spa and local art.

The location was easy to reach and the parking was close. In early September you could even park on the street if you wanted to. It's close to the touristy parts but not particularly close to the beach.
The standard of the room was good and bed was relatively comfortable by Sicilian standards.
Breakfast was OK but they didn't let you take even an apple out with you.
There were pegs and a washing line on the balcony, we were able to wash and dry loads of our clothes.
If you do go to San Vito lo Capo (which I wouldn't recommend) then you have to get the Cous Cous. Its famous for cous cous and the cous cous I tried was excellent.

We came to San Vito Lo Capo first in 2019 during the exact same period (October/November). The town was much quieter and many restaurants and hotels/bnbs were already closed then. This time in 2024 it's practically a different place. Still lots of activity, many tourists and most hotels and practically all restaurants/bars are still open. Perfect temperatures, still great for swimming at the stunning beach (wind permitting).

You can't fault the people, the food, the service and the bars/restaurants, they are all superb and the people in the resort and Siciliy in general, are so warm and welcoming.
That said, and because of its popularity, it is very much a tourist town, like some of the more popular beach resort in the likes of Spain, so is more crowded than we would of liked. But it's still a nice place to visit, especially if you have a young family who like beachy holidays. Although, not many beach activities, unless you go to the port and hire a speedboat.

Great food - bread, pasta, gelato, I would get v large if I stayed here too long! V good fish in the sea for snorkelling, sea temperature around 25C so perfect end of Sept. We were there during the cous cous festival- interesting food stalls, but was v busy, a lot of loud music in the centre and on the beach at night but you could not hear it from our flat. Lovely small beaches nearby for swimming/ snorkelling. Would recommend if you want to be somewhere with good food and quiet beaches nearby- can get there by bike or car. Also good boat trips to the natural reserve and great snorkelling.

The beach is great and the town also....it is very touristy, but that is to be expected as it is a fabulous beach town. Lots of places to eat. Try La Casa di Enzo La Casa del Couscous which is close too but not in the touristy main sector. This is a fabulously authentic restaurant with wonderul atmospher, great food. Its run by two brothers and they and their staff are so hospitable.
Lots of other things to do here....its worth the drive.

The town has a beautiful beach and a lot of dining options so I liked this. Expect the beach to be very crowded so if you prefer more private beach experiences I’d suggest visiting a nearby nature reserve instead.

San Vito has become my favourite beach for an Italian summer … beautiful clean beaches, great eateries & amenities, mostly Italians holidaymakers. It didn’t feel overcrowded. It has an an open structure so even with a lot of people, it’s very comfortable living there. 👏👏👏

Every one of the staff made us welcome from the very first moment, from receptionist, through table waiting, chef, and cleaning staff.
The room was clean and had all we needed (the hotel receptionist even provided us with a brand new kettle when requested). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful in a pleasant and airy dining room.
The rooftop offered great views of the town, and the jacuzzi offered a welcome relaxing alternative to the nearby beach.
The hotel is very well located, in the center of San Vito and also very close to the beach. It has a nice restaurant. The personnel was nice and helpful. It is clean and nice refurbished. The beds are comfortable.
Wonderful little hotel with the friendliest staff. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Perfect location in San Vito, close to the central square, beach and bust stops.
