Great modern apartment with everything you need. We were provided with a pdf document prior to arriving and it was the most helpful and detailed instructions with all you need to book in I have ever seen. This should be a standard for all properties. Found the place, got through the boom gate, knew where to park, walked up the correct stairs to the apartment and opened the lock key and entered the apartment… so easy ! The host was in communication and easy to contact even though there was no need as check in was so easy. Thanks Antonella

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed and more, was super clean and the host was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience!
It is not about San Vito Chietino. It is the costa dei Trabocchi. Very nice coastline, with several beaches. I went to Ortona and Vasto as well.
The place is perfect because it is situated in the middle of Pescara and Vasto. I went also to the national parc of la Majella. This is for hikers. I went to visit the cascade of San Giovanni. This is for medium expericienced hikers (I would not recommend it for beginners), altitude (1100 to 1200 meters). A car is needed !!!

Not too touristic , and therefore maybe not well known...which means that its charm is still intact.
We decided to go there because a friend lived onsite...and it has been a very pleasant surprise!
I would definitely recommend for a nice weekend!

Breakfast was quiet good and bonus that it was included. The bathroom was lovely but the room itself was not well decorated - seemed like it was just random left over furniture painted white. A little disappointing considering the price and the rest of the hotel.
Authentic hotel by the beach with breathtaking view. Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent selection of authentic pastries at breakfast. Rooms were clean. Good wifi. Overall pleasant, relaxing experience.
Location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Giro (Tour of Italy) and it went past the hotel, the staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful.
