Extensive breakfast offerings including fruit and soft-boiled eggs on request. Large room with good-size balcony. Large bathroom with several shelves. Fairly quiet. Firm but comfortable beds. Most guests seem to be Italian so most staff don't speak English, but they and we managed to communicate just fine.

Magnificent views every day, perfect spot to explore the North East coast of the island, conveniently close to the airport yet sufficiently rural to allow experiencing local countryside, surrounding nature and gorgeous coastline all around (amazing spots North & South of the accommodation very easy to reach by car & a bit of walk/hike). Delicious breakfast & incredibly kind service at the restaurant was a big plus!

Nice little town with a vibrant town center, great restaurants and even greater varied cuisine. Very artistic shops which gave it a Bohemian feeling and the people were nice. Quiet relaxation was abundant throughout its narrow roads I would like to visit this town again :)

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with a lovely garden. Well located within San Teodoro, with the centre, La Cinta beach and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Excellent communication before and during the stay with the host, who’s friendly brother in law met us at the apartment when we arrived. The host also provided a lovely hamper of typical Sardinian treats, which was a well appreciated touch.
Mario and Aurelia are most wonderful, helpful and kind hosts. The property is a 5min walk from the nearest beach (Cala d'Ambra) and there are many other good beaches a short drive away. San Teodoro town centre is a nice place to walk around. If you would like to take a trip to the nearby mountains, go to Monte Nieddu. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is located a little way from the centre of San Teodoro but it is close (200m) to a beach with a beach bar and there is a very good restaurant across the road which offers a 10% discount to the hotel's guests.
Our room was bright, clean and had a beautiful sea view.

Very welcoming staff on arrival, hotel was very modern and clean. Nice pool area and a private beach area which was only a short walk from the hotel. Close enough to walk into town as well. Breakfast was exceptional - so much choice.
Nice room, great location in between main road (buses) and town/beach, loved the free San Teodoro express bus stopping right outside. Pool was lovely and manager very nice!
