Really charming and calm
We also loved the special attention showing they care about the guests.
Set in 5 hectares of forest just outside the town of San Pantaleo, Petra Segreta Resort & Spa offers panoramic views, modern wellness facilities and a large, heated fresh-water pool.

It is a picturesque town and has a good mixture of shops and eateries. Very easy to walk around and central location to visit the beaches and the north coast. It is expensive but the restaurant food, if you choose carefully, is excellent.

San Pantaleo is a charming litlle vilage, and they have market every Thursday. Lot of clothing, art, food, all. We went there , we parked almost 2km away, and we got a ticket for parking 61e.
So you must visit, but go early to find parking.
Check twice before you go on.

San Pantaleo was great as it is based in a historic part of Sardegna full of mountain views wherever you look. It is 20-25 minutes from the airport, so you will need a car, but most places in Italy will require car hire, unless you are staying in one place only. San Pantaleo for us was great as we enjoyed exploring the beautiful seaside during the day and relaxing in San Pantaleo for the late afternoon and evening with well served restaurants, full of character buildings, friendly people around and lovely locals. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely picturesque village in a mountainous region close to Costa Smeralda. The village has lovely restaurants and cafes and a grocery store. The people are warm and friendly and you are within a short driving distance from the many stunning beaches in the area.

Small, bory village, with small village shop and very expensive restaurants.
Rocce Sarde is really wonderful hotel but you need to come by own car or hired one.
The nearest beach, Rena Bianca is wonderful one but 8 km from San Pantaleo and if you do not have the car or no shutl bus, you'll have the problem. Hotel Rocce Sarde has a good shutl service.

This is a superb modern apartment, decorated with taste and style, and it has all the appliances and conveniences you need. It is equally suitable for solo travellers like myself and for couples. It is in a small and very quiet block of flats and you can't hear much from the street - at least out of season when I went (March). The location on the main road leading into San Pantaleo is brillant!
What I liked the most was the location, next to the village of San Pantaleo, where you can have the most incredible view of the mountains, nice bars and restaurants, perfect environment to have a drink. The pool in the hotel was also ok, but no service available. The gardens were well treated. The views in the restaurants of the hotel were nice. The cleanness in the rooms were impeccable.
Perfectly situated in San Pantaleo. The most gorgeous little town, great for exploring or as a base to beautiful beaches along the coastline! The accomodation had everything we needed.
The Hotel is fantastic, well located in a great town and so welcoming to its guests. We had a great stay, with great facilities on hand and a great atmosphere.
