Breakfast buffet was a little unimaginative - the usual mix of packets of cereal and cake. Dinner was very good though and I enjoyed eating it outside . The staff at reception were super helpful and reassuring and also very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful guest house in a wine yard, with a pool with splendid view on Marche hills. Rooms and territory are charming, comfortable and cosy. Beautiful restaurant, lounge zone with tables and chairs. Hospitable and very friendly owners and personnel. We felt ourselves as we were visiting good friends, relaxed and happy. Great place for those who love Italy, wine regions, good for couples, families and pets.

The location was good for what we needed. Our goal was to visit Senigallia for the annual summer Jamboree festival which is half hour drive away. It was a strategic location to keep the accomodation prices low as lodging in Senigallia is really expensive.

Superb small hotel in the middle of an Italian old town. Jesi is a bit off the tourist track but this was well worth it. And I dined in a great trattoria with a brilliant chef. All good value and free car parking. I wanted to see where the incredible Constance, Empress & Queen of Sicily gave birth in the public square at 40 in 1194, but no mention. Only the baby, Frederick II of Swabia - hence ‘Svevo’.
