The Hotel staff were generally really nice & friendly especially Alessia who looked after us every night for dinner she was a real gem & very helpful to us as coming from Australia, English is all we can speak. My husband & I had a lovely four nights there & with being right next door to the Hirzer it’s in the best location for walking.
A kettle in the room would be nice so you could make yourself a cup of tea.

We loved to see the kids books specially picked up for our 3 yo bedroom or how the family is involved in the hotel activities making you feel home. The best surprise was the food, delicious and curated menu as a top restaurant. I tasted the best beef tartare ever.
