Very nice flat, clean, well equipped, nice location with children playground close to the house. We stayed only overnight, but next time for sure will stay longer.

The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. We were very happy and will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great.
The thermal pool was lovely and there were lots of spa facilities available.

It was delightful! Everything in this hotel is wonderful. The room design is very beautiful. There are many pools with thermal water. The spa is excellent, and the wonderful Valentina works there. She will help you choose good treatments and massages. The hotel staff is very friendly. And there is also a very tasty restaurant. Every evening, the restaurant serves exquisite food. The chef aims to amaze you every evening. I recommend having dinner at this hotel. We also had dinner at a restaurant nearby, which has a Michelin star, but it wasn't as tasty as in the hotel's restaurant. After that, we only dined at the hotel.
hotel is located on a hill with a wonderful view on the Eunganei hills. The location itself is cozy and clean, the room and the bathroom are quite large and recently renovated. Being a bit out of the village, the location is super quiet with very little light noise. Breakfast is excellent and the apple cake was superb! Staff is friendly and supportive.
