We had an amazing time in Villa dei Fantasmi. The view was beautiful. We loved to walk around in the pretty medieval village, discover surroundings and street paintings.
Hosts were really kind and helpful. They welcomed us with drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious. They even picked us up from nearby village, because we had difficulties with transportation. Thanks for everything!
We already miss Rocca di Papa :)
Great for cycling with all the hills! Saw a lot of very fit looking cyclists!

Exceptionally good nice house overlooking beautiful hills as well as perfectly located for exploring historic Rocca Di Papa. Lovely terrace, marvellous breakfast (special thanks to Annamaria). Good aircon ... but we spent most of time on the terrace. Good shower. Nice tv. Well stocked fridge of the proper not too small size. Easy to use public parking just few meters from the house. You can see your car from the terrace. Igor pays attention to all your needs. We will come back.
The owners could not be more helpful and kind ! we recommend 100 percent.

The service beated the level of a four star hotel, which is really excetional, and for which we are grateful. After recognising that my wife is gluten sensitive, special breakfast was provided for her.
Nice hosts, good location on Rocca di Papa, so You can as well go to Rome or just hike in the neighbourhood. But remember to buy Cotral tickets on line 😀.
