In the house there are two apartman on the ground floor, and the owner lady lives on the upstairs. She speaks in Italian, but with a google translator we could understand easily each other. Her son can speaks in English. The house is very beautiful, clean and well equipped. In the neighborhood there are four cats, they come out sometimes.

The house and location were stunning! Me and my friend were surprised by how spacious the house felt. We had our own rooms and Luca and Raffeala were waiting for us coming off the ferry. Absolutely fabulous people! Warm italian hospitality ❤️
TIP: The restaurant right accross from the house is delicious! I would reccomend having a lovely pasta 🙏
Rio Marina is very small and quiet. Restaurants however are not worth it..we dined at Il Criolo, very low quality despite some recomandations from the locals. I am a chef-Proprietor and I know what I am talking about.

Large comfortable apartment with lovely balcony and views over rooftops to the port. Great facilities including washing machine and fully functional kitchen. The host (Renato) very helpful and accomodating. Rio marina is a relaxing area to stay well serviced by ferry directly to mainland.
Elba Island is beautiful and the beaches are great.
The sea water pool in the Capo D'arco area is Amazing and features low cost for renting a deckchair... also there is special access to the sea for doing a little snorkeling. Very nice!
The terraces and outdoor shower with the stunning view. This house is made and own with love in a quite area just outside the beautiful harbor town of Rio Marina (only 10 minutes by foot).
The host was kind and ready to help. The hotel has a nice garden where we could enjoy the mornings/evenings. It also has a common kitchen, with some equipment (microwave, boiler, cups…)
