Brand new hotel (or recently refurbished) with great wellness facilities. Both pools are fantastic. Overall the staff was rather nice and effective, the woman at reception desk was super helpfull. Plenty of families with kids (like us) when we stayed there so maybe not entirely suited if you need/want to avoid kids.
The owner of the hotel was super nice. He made accommodations to pre-prepare breakfast as we had to leave early. the next morning. He was very generous and friendly. The historic nature of the hotel made for a unique experience and despite it's age, the hotel facilities were in excellent condition.
We just had a short stop here on our way to Italy. We did not stay in Panoramic due to some administrative reasons but we were provided alternative hotel with complimentary breakfast, we were also told well in advance, so everything was very good.
A picturesque small city with cable car to the location up. Nicely arranged hotel, old style. Sauna, and jacuzzi all available and well arranged. Owner and his family very helpful and paying attention.
They were so nice at the hotel! The staff was kind an helpful in every way. The breakfast spread was also excellent. We loved staying here. Would definitely come back.
