Everything about this property was amazing
The location was perfect for us as we only had one night and needed to be at the ferry in the morning.
Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sunset was magical. Loved having a pool and beach access. Quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible!

If you are aware that you are coming to the 4star hotel which has 4star hotel amenities but are actually worn-out than you will be happy.
The staff tried to keep everything clean and functional but there was a lot of items which were not in the best shape.

I wish we could stay longer. We loved the quiet location, ideal for exploring the island. We enjoyed the warm and clean pool, the rich breakfast and the lovely attention from staff. We recommend purchasing their own olive oil from the farm, it is truly fantastic.

Historic Location, friendly, helpful staff, walking location to everything! Doesn't pretend to be more than it is. Excellent bistro, have breakfast or a drink perched over the water. Definitely will stay there again when in PortoFerraio!

There are many good hotels in Elba, but I was looking for one which offered the Beach-front with less crowd, calm & relaxed environment, accessibility to hiking trails, Restaurant, Breakfast, accessibility to Shopping market, Parking, etc. This hotel offered everything and I had a great time there. I could also drive around from here and visit other locations in Elba.

The house is extremely beautiful! It is an old villa with a modern twist, straight from your Italian Dream. The owner Gabriella is the sweetest lady, she’s very helpful and charming. The accommodation is located in the moddle of the old town of Rio nell Elba, so it’s impossible not to blend in with the locals. Even though it is so close to the center, the street is quiet with a breathtaking view. There are a lot of beaches 15-25 mins away by car, but beware of the narrow roads!
The home is very comfortable with everything you need and we absolutely loved the terrace where we ate most of our meals and relaxed in the morning sun. Rio Nell Elba is a gorgeous small town, away from the hustle and bustle of the port towns. We felt like locals, especially thanks to Gabriella’s wonderful hospitality. We loved our daily trips to Bar Di Sotto and the wonderful summer ambiance.
